FBI investigating New Orleans vehicle attack as ‘act of terrorism’
Law enforcement officials gave an update on the investigation into the New Orleans vehicle attack, confirming it is being investigated as an “act of terrorism.” An ISIS flag was located on the vehicle and two IEDs had been located and rendered safe.
